My main research interests and activities are in the field of Bioinformatics (data fusion and integration, data processing, feature selection), Data Analysis (data mining, data integration, machine learning algorithms), Decision Making (group decision making models, collaborative decision making, decisions under uncertainty, interval decision making, multi-criteria and multi-expert decision making, ranking of alternatives), Formal Methods in Software Systems (modelling and analysis of static and dynamic conflicts in sets of autonomous agents) and Expert Finding Systems (measuring expertise similarity, semantic-aware expert partitioning, expert-team formation).
